Cooking Themes for Private Classes
Our private classes are based on cooking themes with a complete dinner menu to make your class an experience that can easily replicate at home!
We have chosen many traditional recipes and have re-worked them to bring a healthier and a bolder “taste impact” to your palate.
Cynthia will work with you to customize a menu that suits your group’s tastes, talents and any dietary requirements. Approximately 4-5 dishes will be created and enjoyed for the group lunch.
The majority of the ingredients will be sourced locally.

Learn to make pasta from scratch, risottos and rustic farmhouse dishes like Roasted Pesto Pork Loin and ricotta gnocchi to zabaglione ice cream or biscotti for dessert.

Indian Spice Trail
Take a journey to India and learn how to incorporate their amazing spices to create everyday meals with a kick. Homemade curries, kebabs, dips and vegetarian dishes that will inspire you.
My Thai & Asian Delights
Dumplings, Dim Sum and more. Spring Rolls to Sticky Rice in Lotus leaves and traditional Pad Thai – recipes from regions throughout Asia.
Middle Eastern & Mediterranean
Tabbouleh to stuffed grape leaves…. sides like Armenian pilaf or couscous…and mains could include hearty tagines and kuftas. Try Baklava with a twist made with pecans and maple syrup.
Traditional Farm Country
Summer breezes…..fresh from the fields, the menu changes daily. Summer grilled-corn salad, Rolled Roasted Chicken with apple & onion stuffing, herb scones and Mennonite peach pie.
