Have a birthday or special occasion to celebrate?
A private group cooking class can be a fun way to enjoy some time together. Arrival can be 9:30am or 10am at the farmhouse. The first 3 hours (or so) are devoted to a combined instruction and hands on cooking. Choose from a variety of menu themes. Based on your choice, Cynthia will customize a menu based on seasonal ingredients and your group’s dietary restrictions. Your morning will start with a HUMBLE coffee or PLUCK tea in the sunny dining room where Cynthia will review the menu and the day’s activities. This also could include picking a few ingredients in her kitchen garden. Following your class, lunch will be enjoyed together around the pine harvest table, with a complimentary sampling of local wines. Students will learn about the region, its food & wine and the stories behind the menu they will be creating together.
