Choose from a wide array of recipes, based on country cuisine traditions from around the world. For private group classes, Cynthia will work with each group to customize your class. Monthly open public classes will feature different themes throughout the month. The premise of all the menus is to provide you with easy entertaining solutions that you can replicate at home. Participants leave with recipes in hand and a fresh new approach to seasonal cooking and appreciation of where food comes from. Aprons and knives are provided.
After completing your menu the group will enjoy their culinary creation together in the farmhouse’s dining room or outside in the scenic screened-in porch. A sampling of local wines is included.
